Ingredients you'll need...

6 eggs
1/4 cup mayonnaise (swap with Greek yogurt for a healthier twist!)
1 pinch salt
1 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp chopped dill
How to make Curried Eggs
  1. Boil eggs for 10 minutes until hard-boiled.
  2. Peel and halve the eggs lengthwise.
  3. Scoop out yolks and place in a bowl.
  4. Add curry powder, mayo (or Greek yogurt), and salt.
  5. Mash and mix until creamy.
  6. Dollop the mixture back into egg halves.
  7. Garnish with fresh dill.
